Failure to complete payment may delay or cancel your order.

4. Production and Turnaround Times

• Production timelines begin after final proof approval and payment confirmation
• Estimated timelines are not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to supplier availability, shipping carriers, or unforeseen issues

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Promo Supply House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is shipped

6. Customer-Provided Artwork

By submitting artwork, you confirm:

• You have the legal right to use the design
• The design does not infringe on any trademarks, copyrights, or rights

Promo Supply House is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted artwork.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final once production has begun
• Refunds or reprints are only offered in cases of verified defects or errors caused by Promo Supply House

8. Limitation of Liability

Promo Supply House shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays outside of our control
• Errors approved in final proofs

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
