Order, Production & Returns Policy

At Promo Supply House, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom products. Because all items are made-to-order, the following policies apply:
1. Order Process
- Orders begin once artwork is approved and payment is received
- Quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to change
- Changes after approval may result in additional costs and delays
2. Artwork Approval
- A proof will be provided before production
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details (spelling, colors, placement, sizing)
- Once approved, Promo Supply House is not responsible for errors in the design
3. Production Times
- Standard production times vary by product
- Rush orders may be available upon request
- Production timelines begin after final approval and payment
4. Shipping
- Shipping costs and timelines are provided at checkout or quote stage
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
- Promo Supply House is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has left our facility
5. Product Variations
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing:
- Slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur
- These are considered normal and not defects
6. Returns and Reprints
Because products are custom-made:
- All sales are final
- Returns are not accepted unless there is a verified production error
If there is an issue:
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Photos and documentation are required
- If approved, we will offer a reprint or resolution at our discretion
7. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
- Cancellations prior to production may be subject to fees
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Reviewing proofs carefully
- Ensuring artwork rights and permissions
